Writing

All CCP applicants must take Franklin University placement examinations and place into WRIT 120 -  COLLEGE WRITING.

Math

If you wish to take math courses or courses for which prior math credit is a prerequisite, you must achieve placement into MATH 150 - FUNDAMENTAL ALGEBRA.

Testing into a lower level of math will not hinder your application for admission, but you would not be eligible to take math courses or courses for which math is a prerequisite.

You must submit an ACT or SAT I score for the purpose of advising and scheduling. The Urbana University code for the ACT is 033460 and SAT is 1847. Admissions will accept ACT or SAT test scores if shown on the high school transcript. Post Baccalaureate applicants do not need to submit.

You must provide an official transcript from the baccalaureate degree-granting accredited college or university; or showing the completion of 90 semester credit hours of college-level baccalaureate degree-level courses.

You must provide two letters of recommendation from professors and/or employers that reference your potential for success as a graduate student.

Please provide your current résumé or curriculum vitae showing your educational and professional background.

Please submit official certification of financial ability to pay for tuition, room and board, fees and personal expenses for length of stay in the United States. Bank statements must represent funds available in U.S. dollars.

• Full Immunization Record in English.
• Copy of the biographical information page of your passport.

You must provide official transcripts from baccalaureate degree granting institution.

If you do not meet the minimum GPA of 2.5, you must also obtain a letter of educational support explaining how you will succeed in the program.  This letter should be no more than two pages.
